What does it take to be an exceptional employee? While this answer will vary depending on the job, organization and industry, there is a set of common behaviours and attitudes that all exceptional employees demonstrate.
In this module, you will learn about these fundamental building blocks to becoming an exceptional employee. You will also have the chance to think through some workplace scenarios and identify the behaviours of an exceptional employee in each case.

Leadership Development:

We offer our Connection-Driven Leadership program in the following formats:

Fundamentals of Connection: An introductory course that includes 18 hours of live, immersive group coaching in addition to approximately 3 hours of self-directed learning.

Fundamentals PLUS: For people and teams who would like to build on the Fundamentals of Connection, but who may not have the time to complete the full certificate. With Fundamentals PLUS, you can customize your program by adding specific modules from our course list.

Connection-Driven Leader Certificate: The full leadership certificate offers 60 hours of live, immersive group coaching in addition to approximately 10 hours of self-directed learning. A significant number of hours in the certificate course are spent applying the skills and strategies identified in the fundamentals course.
